| Description: | From 4th Annual Pumpkin Float Website: Sunday, October 22, 2017 Bring the entire family to the 4th Annual Pumpkin Float at Frog Pond featuring floating pumpkins, luminaries and fun family activities! Refreshments, music and child-focused activities will make this a spooktacular way to celebrate Halloween.
This is a FREE event presented by Boston Parks and Recreation in partnership with The Skating Club of Boston
Bring-Your-Own Pumpkin
Bring your carved 8-inch pumpkin to one of the drop-off areas alongside the pond. We will illuminate them and float them for you. Watch as the pond fills up with glowing pumpkins.
Your carved and decorated jack-o'-lanterns must be 8" in diameter, or smaller, and already hollowed out or they will not float. After the event they will be composted by The Trustees of Reservations.
Halloween costumes are encouraged!
Tricks, treats, experiments, crafts, drinks, and tons of spooky fun!
