The arts & craft show will be held in the auditorium of the First Church in Sterling, Massachusetts on Saturday, November 18th. The town is centrally located from Route 2, I-190, Routes 12 and 140. The church is conveniently located in the town center facing the common. The timing and location for the show will capitalize on the town's country setting during the beautiful fall season when the holiday shoppers are looking for wonderful gifts. The show has been well received in the past with and the Friends are committed to running another successful show this year. The attendance range in the past has been between 350 and 450 people. The event will be advertised in various print media and online resources. A caf will be set up to provide lunch and dessert items. Space is will be limited to 26 crafters. In order to minimize competition among our participants and provide a wide variety of merchandise we use a rolling jury process and will be limiting the number of crafters in specific categories (i.e. knitting, jewelry, etc.).

In lieu of sending photos of your items we are asking that all participants provide a link to their website if you have one, if you do not please do send in photos of your items with your application or via email.

There are 22 booths of 8'x8' and 4 smaller spaces of 8'x5'. The table size for each is 8'x30". Each crafter will be supplied with a table and 2 chairs. There is no electricity available for any of the spaces. The cost for the larger space is $60 and the smaller space is $50. Reserve your space early. Please return the application with your check as soon as possible via USPS Mail to Friends of the Conant Public Library, PO Box 803, Sterling, MA 01564. Spaces will not be reserved without payment.
