TWELFTH ANNUAL
WESTPORT LIONS ARTS & CRAFTS SHOW
EVENT GUIDELINES AND POLICY
Date: Saturday and Sunday, October 15 & 16, 2016
Location: Westport High School Cafeteria, 19 Main Rd. Westport, MA
Event Hours: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day
Jury: All exhibitors, NEW AND OLD, who apply to participate in
this years show, will be juried. No priority will be given to prior
applicants. Only juried articles may be sold at the show.
NO BUY/SELL ITEMS ALLOWED.
The first jury session will be held in early June.
Photographs: Each exhibiter MUST include photographs that represent
ALL the products you will bring to the Show and a photo of
your booth. These photos will be used in the jury process.
All photos of accepted crafters will be returned on Oct 16.
Photos of crafters not accepted will be mailed back.
Application: Only completed applications with all fees and photos will be juried.
