Join us for the 3rd annual 2016 Springfield Jazz & Roots Festival on Saturday, August 6th. Presented by Blues to Green, this years festival will feature world class musical performances by Taj Mahal, Jose Gonzalez & Banda Criolla, Terri Lyne Carrington Group, Samirah Evans & Her Handsome Devils, Heshima Moja & Ofrecimiento w/ special guest Rayvon Owen, the Joey DeFrancesco Trio and much more! In addition to world-class and local musical performances, the festival will also feature dance, theater and spoken word performances; free workshops for musicians and music-lovers taught by music experts, local handmade arts and crafts, local food, eco friendly resources and recycling and so much more! Located in Court Square in downtown Springfield, Massachusetts (right outside of Springfields Symphony Hall), this is the perfect event to bring your entire family!
