Location Braintree
Dates November 22, 2014 - November 22, 2014
Description:

From Dickens Festival & Victorian Holiday Craft Fair Website:

The Dickens Festival is Crafters selling their Handmade Creations; Costumed Characters from Dickens' "A Christmas Carol"; Stocking up on Treats from our kitchen like Homemade Apple Pies baked by our Pies by Guys and Fudge from our Candy Cooks; Searching through Quality Re-giftables in our Attic Treasures; Carolers Singing Traditional Favorites; and Roast Turkey Dinner Sandwiches (yes, we roast the turkey onsite).

No visit to the Dickens Festival would be complete without stopping to chat with our Victorian Father Christmas in his Fireplaced Study. This Gentle Soul sits in a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the Festival - ready to listen to everyone's secret Christmas wishes. Posed photos with Father Christmas are available for purchase but all are welcome to visit him.

Always the Saturday before Thanksgiving, the Dickens Festival is a unique entertainment and shopping experience with something for the young and the young-at-heart. A great way to start off the holidays.

The Dickens Festival takes place at All Souls Church, 196 Elm Street, Braintree and is handicap accessible. Admission is free. Come to shop or just to enjoy the sights and sounds of a Victorian Christmas.

The entire first floor of All Souls Church, where the Dickens Festival is taking place, is handicap accessible. There is also an ADA compliant, gender neutral restroom with baby changing station.
