| Description: | 2nd Annual Arts in the Afternoon A celebration of everything ART. This FREE event will be held on October 17th, from 1-4pm at the Boys & Girls Club of Worcester located at 65 Tainter Street, Worcester, MA 01610. There will be artwork up for sale from over 50 professional artists, a gift shop featuring artwork created by children, hands-on craft activities from local museums, such as Worcester Art Museum and live music and dance performances throughout the day from local community groups, colleges, universities and Worcester Public Schools including the Joy of Music Program, CCS Dance Academy and the WPI Dance Team. Admission is FREE and all proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Worcester and the 4,000 kids we serve each year at our three clubhouses across the city. | |||
