| Description: | The Tewksbury United Methodist is hosting another fabulous Spring Craft Fair. This is our third year and we look forward to the best event ever. The Fair will be held in our large Fellowship Hall on Saturday, March 27th (snow date April 10th) from 9AM until 3PM. Crafters from throughout the community are invited to join us. | 01. The cost is $45.00 for 8 x 30 table and 2 chairs. 02. Vendors must cover table with a tablecloth and floor length table skirt (not provided). All overflow merchandise and containers must be completely concealed below the table 03. Single product tables are preferred 04. There are to be no attachments to the walls or displays in front of the table 05. Free standing lattice structures can be used Please notate on signed contract 06. Full payment is to be sent with the application. Make checks payable to the Tewksbury United Methodist Church (TUMC) 07. TUMC assumes no liability for any property or goods of the vendor. The vendor will hold harmless TUMC for any personal liability. 08. TUMC reserves the right to accept or reject any application for space. If an application is rejected by TUMC the payment will be returned. 09. TUMC reserves the right to have inappropriate, misrepresented, or flea market type items removed from the Fair. This event is for handmade merchandise and/or products from independent home businesses (i.e. Tastefully Simple, Usborne Books, Avon, etc) only. Items purchased for resale are not permitted. 10. TUMC is providing a luncheon and bake table. Vendor product cannot be in conflict with these sales. 11. Vendors must keep their spaces set up for the entire Fair. No early breakdown. 12. TUMC will have porters to assist vendors carrying their merchandise into the Hall 13. TUMC assumes no liability in regards to the porters. 14. Spaces will be assigned by the church. Every attempt to accommodate the vendor will be made. 15. Set up starts at 7:30AM. Vendors must be completely set up by 8:45AM. | ||
