The Tewksbury United Methodist is hosting another fabulous “Spring Craft Fair”. The Fair will be held in our large Fellowship Hall on Saturday, March 14th (snow date March 21st) from 9AM until 3PM. Crafters from throughout the community are invited to join us. The space fee is $45.00. Cancel at any time - use it only when you need it.
01. The cost for rental is $45.00 for an 8’ x 30” table and 2 chairs.
02. There are to be no attachments to the walls or displays in front of the table.
03. Free standing lattice structures can be used – Please notate on signed contract.
04. Vendors must cover table with a table cloth and a table skirt (not provided).
05. Full payment is to be sent with the application. Make checks payable to the Tewksbury United Methodist Church (TUMC).
06. TUMC assumes no liability for any property or goods of the vendor. The vendor will hold harmless TUMC for any personal liability.
07. TUMC reserves the right to accept or reject any application for space. If an application is rejected by TUMC the payment will be returned.
08. TUMC will limit the number of “like” vendors.
09. No duplication of Independent Home businesses (i.e.: Tastefully Simple, Usborne, Discovery Toys etc) will be allowed. Acceptance is on a ‘first come, first served” basis.
10. TUMC reserves the right to have inappropriate, misrepresented, or flea market type items removed from the Fair. This event is for handmade or new merchandise only.
11. TUMC is providing a luncheon and bake table. Vendor product cannot be in conflict with these sales.
12. It is the responsibility of the vendor for all taxes and license.
13. Vendors must keep their spaces set up for the entire Fair. No early breakdown.
14. TUMC will have porters to assist vendors with set – up and closing.
15. TUMC assumes no liability in regards to the porters.
16. Spaces will be assigned by the church. Every attempt to accommodate the vendor
will be made.
17. Set up starts at 7:30AM. Vendors must be completely set up by 8:45AM.
